Vintage 60's Liberty House Young Hawaii Girls' Dress size 10-12

Measurements of garment:
Across chest, armpit to armpit--17.75"
Circumference of arm opening--16"
Length of back, bottom of straps to hem--28.75"
The garment information tag, which would show the size and fiber content, is missing.  I have estimated the size as girls' 10-12 based upon the sizes of other clothing items.  Please compare the measurements to those of a garment that fits well, and message me if you need additional measurements.  The fabric is a cotton blend; I think that it is a cotton-poly, but it is also possible that it could contain some rayon.
The front of the dress is a three-panel construction, with the center panel forming the inside of a generous box pleat.  In the main photo, I have spread the pleat open to show the fullness of the dress front.  There are darts in the bodice and two front pockets.  Each strap is connected to the front bodice with two buttons and loops.
Item is in gently used condition, with no flaws or defects noted.
