Vintage Westinghouse Coca Cola Junior Bottle Ice Box Cooler Coke 39

The cooler is solid. There are a couple bad spots on the outside of the lid. Looks like someone has tried to repaint it, far from original condition.
I was told this is called a junior? Badge has a 39 on it?
No shipping unless you handle all cost and paperwork. I will not box, crate, or ship.
